It would have been nice to see Harris at least one series a game this year. Didn't Flynn always get a series when behind Russell?

Time for Harris to step the hell up and seize control. If he can't beat Jennings out still, then the guy just doesn't have it.

Can't wait to hear propaganda from the football ops building regarding the new and improved Anthony Jennings!

It's a forgone conclusion. Jennings will start.

If he coud he would.he's been here 10 years and had none. And before y'all start Mett fell in his lap and was still too hardheaded to give him one shot vs Bama to cross Midfield

Jennings seems like a good kid but he doesn't have the physical tools to be a SEC QB. He probably would have been a decent QB at Ball State or ULL. If he starts again we will be 8-4 or 7-5 again in 2015.

Having seen the original movie, I have no reason to believe the sequel will be any different.

Part of the reason Cam Cameron was brought in as OC was because of his "history" of developing QB's. If he can't develop on of these guys into a decent QB by next season, with all the talent we have at WR, then he needs to go.

Ya know, it's obviously impossible to argue with Miles if he actually has a QB competition this spring. There SHOULD be one! It also is telling. It says that Miles believes BH is at the least, legit competition for AJ meaning Miles himself doesn't see a real gap between the two even NOW!!!

But, like so many things Miles, it absolutely boggles the mind that he can think this on Jan 1st but not have planned to get BH reps in a meaningless bowl game.

And, it boggles the mind how, if you think your Freshman may be the guy next year and you've already burned his redshirt, you don't absolutely FORCE opportunities for him to get in after the AU game.

ESPECIALLY once we were out of the SEC running. Watching that complete abortion of the Arkansas game and not getting BH in was pure incompetence. I know the pumpers hate that when I say it about Miles, but really, some things he does just are flat out incompetence.

I can think of no other coach I've seen in my entire life who, if he believed the backup was legit competition and his starter was abysmal doesn't get the backup some reps. It is absolutely inexplicable.

Really, did he select them himself out of high school, if not then I suggest he is not the one who needs to go

"After a very competitive spring where both guys, you know, just gave it their all and competed like hell, we've chosen Anthony to be the starter this year. We think, you know, that he's the guy who gives us the best chance, and we look forward a strong showing in his second season as starter. In the end, certainly his experience, we thought, was what made the difference."
