Live report from us army all American game...

Sitting on goaline across from the army soldiers section. Guice is fast and so is Dillon. Guice has chest bumped with two players, Lewis before the opening kickoff and Dillon after his touchdown. I'm hoping it's an LSU connection thing but could just be a Louisiana thing or a west team thing.
Phillips has looked good. Wish we had more time to convince him to reconsider but he enrolls early. His parents walked right up the aisle past us after he committed. It took all I had not to tiger air them. You never know so I kept my mouth shut.
I'll take some pictures with some players afterwards and ask some questions. See if I can find out some news on our coaching search and some info on the uncommitted hopefuls.

I've been watching donte Jackson on coverage. He's good. Fast. If you've noticed, Texas commit devonair clarington has not only not caught a pass, he hasn't been targeted.
Also, in the first half, Xavier Lewis put a hit on a receiver that sounded like a bombshell going off.

Well, unfortunately guys they didn't let us on the field this year so I didn't get to talk to any of the players.
I did run into Reid ferguson in the stands. He was there with a Katy high school family watching his brother Blake. I asked Reid for some scoop and he didn't know anything definitive in the coaching search but he mentioned Pendergast by name before I said anything. He said it's possible brick could leave soon and the consensus on Orgeron was 50/50. I don't know if that was in reference to the likelihood he would come or opinion on whether it would be a good hire. It may have been the latter. He did hear good things on Pendergast. He heard the same report on ESPN radio about orgeron being interested but not contacted.
Also ran into Katy high schools kick returner. He is derrius guice's cousin. They are all big tiger fans and really nice folks. As we were walking to the parking lot I ran into two of derrius' family or friends. They were carrying his mvp trophy. Should have gotten a pic. Sorry.
