So what's the best slim case for a Nexus 6?

Right now I am using the Spigen Ultra Hybrid. It's decent, and I like the extra side grip. Makes the phone just slightly wider but actually easier to hold. However, my biggest gripe about it--and the reason I'll probably try a different case--is the buttons. Without a case, the N6 power and volume buttons are easy to differentiate without looking, but this case turns them into 3 adjacent rectangles of equal size and texture.



I'm constantly turning off the screen when I just want to adjust volume, and vice versa.

The first case I tried was much better -- TUDIA Ultra Slim LITE.



Well defined buttons and perhaps even a little slimmer than the Spigen Ultra Hybrid. But I wanted a case with a clear back and a silver or black bumper to match and show off the dbrand skin (i.e., hide all traces of midnight blue). TUDIA has a clear version, but it's all clear, even on the sides.

I may try the SUPCASE next:

I'm using the Supcase now. Pretty happy with it. Didn't care for the buttons on the Spigen Slim Armor. I also have a Cruzerlite TPU case on the way.

Is the back clear or translucent? How much of the back of the phone shows through?

Translucent is fine. May even be better than the clear if it's not a glossy fingerprint magnet.
