Shocker...but Lady Tigers came back from 15 points down to open SEC play with a win on the road. I wondered if they would win a single conference game this year.

Great win but Florida is probably the worst team in the SEC this year. We need to cut down on turnovers. It seems like Ballard isn't on the team anymore. Havent heard about her in a while

We started the game with 7 TOs on the first 7 possessions according to the announcers so the worst team very much looked like us. Good that we got the win cause we're gonna catch a whuppin next game.

The Advocate article today said she's still practicing with the team.

Surprised they pulled it out. Agreed UF is a bottom dweller in conference this year like us...but us winning on the road is surprising. Expected Ballard to make her return during this trip to Florida. Maybe she is not coming back or maybe because they left for this trip before "January" date...she will be back Sunday. The turnovers on this team are ridiculous...24 tonight.

Idk who else LSU is better than,
Missouri Alabama and Ole Miss are the only teams I really see us have a chance of winning. Everyone else is much more talented. I hope Caldwell pulls out a miracle on the recruiting trail. Losing Harden next season will be big

Yeah. Gonna be tough. Ole Miss upset Arkansas who has been ranked tonight. They are much improved. Even Alabama is better and beat us last year. Gonna be ugly Sunday and many other games, I fear.

We need anything we can get
I agree the SEC is better this year. Thank god Florida sucks at free throws. Are we going to replace the other assistant that left? Caldwell needs a recruiter badly

LSU will be fortunate to win six conference games this year. With Ballard, they can push for eight to nine.

Looking at the schedule it looks like we will get our arse kicked the next six games
USCe, Vandy, A&M, MSU, Kentucky, Tennessee

So if they win 2 of them, it will be an outstanding coaching job? And if they lose them all, it was expected so the doom and gloomers need not show up with their memorized spiel?

For the record I don't think Caldwell is doing a good job at all. TBH I don't see her at LSU much longer. Her recruiting will be the end of her. Unless she finds a bunch of JUCO all Americans. I assume she will finish at the bottom half of the SEC again next year. Every year she has been here we have done worse in SEC play from year to year if you look at records. I would be shocked if we won any of these upcoming games. Bottom line is we don't have the talent. Half the players on the roster shouldn't even have a scholarship. Caldwell missed out on a bunch of point guards this past recruiting class. We do not have a pure point guard. Part of the reason why our offense looks confused and turns it over 90% the time. Caldwell probably wont get fired if we do horrible the rest the year. She should be fired next year if nothing improves significantly.

She won't be fired next year because the genius that is Joe Alleva extended her contract until 2019. They won't be able to buy her out until probably 2017. He obviously is satisfied with middle of the road finishes and mediocre recruits....

Agreed uf is likely worst sec team but any road win is a good one. Give NC credit for winning a game we certainly could have lost but have to agree the outlook is dismal. Hope I'm wrong but 4-14 in conf and no "significant" talent coming for next year. Next few weeks things may get ugly

Every road win should be appreciated.

However, Florida lost by 10 at Savannah State a month ago. Let that sink in for a moment.
