Late first round. I feel like we can trade down in the first to pick up a second third rounder and still draft him with the later first. Can only hope.

I've been hoping this for most of the season. He's an NFL ready Kicker who I wouldn't even be mad about spending up to a 5th rounder on him just to shore up the position once and for all.

Agree. People didn't like the Morstead but that worked out really well.

At least he'll be able to hit 40 yarders consistently. The entire Payton era he forgot about STs. That's why that dumbass coach somehow still sits on the Saints.

I'd love the fatass with the pencil stache from Wisconsin if only for the entertainment factor.

nfldraftscout.com has him as 2-3 rounder.

Might happen. Last kicker I remember going that high was Mike Nugent in the 2nd.

Might be a 2nd or 3rd talent but only a few teams are actually in the market for a K so only a few teams would even have him on their draft boards.

I would think this K in the 4th would be reasonable.

yep we going to take him in the 1st rd. Better yet we going to trade all out picks to get the #1 overall pick and take him.

Where did I say take him in the 1st rd? Our FG kicking has been atrocious as per NFL standards for a couple yrs now.

Looking for a K in the mid to late rounds should be a consideration.

Theres a kicker on every street corner as good as this guy. No need to waste a pick on a kicker plain and simple.

He's only missed 4 in his career and hits the long one with ease.

For a 5-6 rounder

Would be nice. We definitely need an accurate long range kicker, and he fits that build perfectly.
