Steven Gerrard is set to announce that he will leave Liverpool at the end of this season. MLS is his most likely destination.

So, we'll see him in the Etihad next season.

Soccer Board Stevie G Destination Pool!

I got NY Red Bulls. Based only on the fact they lost Thierry and need a huge name to compete with NYCFC.

He gone and the social media posts are flowing in. Go look at Lucas Leiva's Instagram and all the Tweets.

No thank you. MLS needs to stop buying 36 year olds. This isnt a retirement league.

It gives the league recognition and exposure to non soccer fans. I like it. Also MLS is signing more and more younger foreign talent than ever before.

@LFC: Gerrard: “I’ll be going to play in USA. I’m not over the line with any team yet. I’m close & as soon as I know, I’ll make the announcement.”

This is ridiculous. Gerrard is going to skull drag the MLS. His range of passing, touch, and vision don't exist anywhere in America.
