Speaks volumes about his character if that is what happened.

No. He did it after the game in Nashville.

He knew he was leaving and shouldn't have been allowed to represent LSU on Tuesday IMO

I'm thinking there is a lot more to this story than we are being told, and it doesn't look good on LSU's side.

Based on player tweets, he talked to at least some of them after the game. But that doesn't excuse going up to the booth while they are reading about him leaving before the game.

Please explain. Is it because LSU didn't give in to an assistant coach's demands? I don't fault LSU for that.

He coached the game so that the aggies didn't have to pay 400k buyout. As soon as his buyout went to $0, he was gone.

Right on! It's $$$$$$$$$$$$$.

AND, he should not have coached the game. What a lousy show of respect for his players.

No - That was legitimate business. It's just a gut feeling that there were more behind the scenes rifts and ego situations. It's developed and been slammed shut mighty fast.

Judging from the game plan and play calling, I would say he didn't represent LSU anyway

Agreed - it was sure a sheet show on defense. looking back, it was obvious he didn't care. The defense made zero effort and zero adjustments.

Yeah looking at it after the fact he looks like a shitbag and cost us a game. Something that just happens to play into his plans perfectly at TAM and recruiting. I hope whoever we get to replace him points that out to the parents of the kids we're now going to have to fight him over. As far as I'm concerned he threw that game away intentionally.

While our defense was one of the factors, it most certainly was not the one thing that cost us the game.

It normally is the factor that wins us the game. They did not look like the same defense.
