Is Mark Richt stepping down at UGA?

Rumor going around last night that he was stepping down after the bowl game and that Smart was going to replace him

Not a peep of that on here?

14 seasons is a good length of time

I think UGA is getting restless to do better than average on the talent they have

Unfortunately , for most universities other than Alabama, Michigan, Auburn, FSU, that does seem to be the case. Without a doubt that is happening at LSU. Move over , Wildcats and Vandy we coming down to be with you all.

Do a google search on "Mark Richt retire". A lot of sports news outlets reported on this rumor and Richt's kinda denial...
