"A locker room attendant brought KD some food and handed him his change. Durant looked at him and said, “Nah, you keep it.” The kid said, “Wait, all of it?” Durant said, “Yeah, you good.” The kid looked up, stunned. It was a $100 tip."

Durant probably wipes his arse with hundred dollar bills.

That's like the equivalent of me dropping a nickel in a toilet

This may not be the most common occurrence among the rich and famous, but it's not the most uncommon, either.
Meh, whatever.

He's such a good dude.
Black Jesus.
Seriously a $100 tip is nothing to him.crap stories like this will result him getting thousands of not millions more in contract / endorsements.
Move along people. Nothing to see here.

Durant is known to do stuff like that NOT because he doesn't care about money but because he's a genuinely nice guy.

What a great, feel good story. Going to print a copy and pass it along to my children someday.

A friend of mine was a bat boy in the away locker room for the Astros. He regularly got huge tips for doing simple tasks.

So KD initially gave this kid over 100 dollars cash for some food that prob cost 5-10 bucks?

I've never seen so many people take a shite on guy overtipping. I guess most of you never were in the service industry.
KD probably made that kids day.

I'm still confused about what amount of currency will give me 100 dollars change. Did he give the guy a 100 and a 10?
Posted on 12/30/14 at 3:58 pm to SwaggerCopter
It was probably like a $10 meal or less, and KD gave him a hundred. It was probably an almost $100 tip, and they just rounded up. Or it was like $6 or $7 and KD gave him a five and a hundred.

Andre should make a list of what kids picked out and Amazon that shite

What a dick. He should have given him a $1000 because he could spare it obviously. Giving the kid an un-obligated $100 extra for doing his job is like slapping him in the face disrespectfully for a guy that makes alot of money.
