OT Weekly Workout Thread: New Year's Eve week edition.

Benched yesterday.
A bunch of shite today, but took it easy because my lower back was still sore from 225x50 deadlifts on Saturday.
More shite tomorrow. Haven't decided what, yet.

Tomorrow is yoga, but I'm going to put on a weighted vest and try and see my max for widegrip pullups.

Weights this past Saturday.
Rested Sunday.
1 hr of cardio today.
Might do weights or cardio tomorrow. New years Eve and New years Day are definite no-go's for workouts.

That's not terribly bad. You can turn that around in less than a week.

I havent done a CF total yet but it would probably be around these numbers for me +/- 10 lbs...

I mean it's solid but they have stronger peeps at my gym. I've only been doing it a year and a few months

I'm having trouble balancing it out because I'm trying to gain lean mass. The problem is I don't have a gym membership so I'm pretty limited in terms of heavy lifting. I'm trying to incorporate more carbs for energy so I can gain mass, buy it's tough finding the balance.

I am probably about 165. I would kill to get to 175 or 180.
