Frank Herron Beast?

Does anyone out there know what is happening with Herron? I know he had some behavior issues early. I also know that he was switched to DT at some point. I also know that Les Miles referred to him as a beast during the spring or summer. So why hasn't he played? This guy was supposed to be a 4 or 5 star DE; at 6'4" 275 he has a great build to play DE. Any info? We need defensive ends.

Herron made 4 appearances this year. The coaches seem to go back and forth between favoring him and Greg Gilmore (5 appearances).
Godchaux and Lacouture are your starters at DT (12 apps), followed by Thomas (10 apps) and Bain (9 apps). Gilmore and Herron come after those guys right now.

Also, Lewis Neal apparently has moved back outside to DE. So he's your inside guy who moved out.
