If they win it will help our draft position in the most of the other rounds(outside the first).

Doesn't mater what San Fran does, our SOS isn't as good as theirs, so even if they lose, we still draft before them. Rams are the only game that maters for spot 12 or 13.

Other rounds.
Teams with the same record rotate. If SF wins they have a better record and are taken out. If STL wins they are put in to the 7-9 rotation instead of the 6-10 rotation(meaning a higher pick for us in the even rounds).

Not the even rounds. Sorry. It rotates one pick down each round.
