Never had a shot at 7th(barring maybe some crazy tie scenario) and whoever wins between Car and Atl will have a later pick(both because of record and because they are pulled out of the top 20 because of being in the playoffs).
Looks like we are locked into 13th(even if San Fran loses because they beat us).

So the difference of #8 and #13, 5 spots. In every round.

If the records are tied you rotate every round. At the moment I believe 6 teams could finish at 7-9(STL, SF, and ATL tbd). It benefits us if all 3 of them win today(SF better record, other 2 in the 7-9 rotation instead of the 6-10 rotation).
