Les drives me nuts when he does that. Not hating on the young man, but I've just lost confidence in him. Not looking forward to next season, especially after hearing what Jennings just said.

Sounds like Harris needs to step his game up

Someone here on TD knows WTF is going on at LSU's practices, if its Harris or the coaching staffs. Sure wish that person would show LSU fans posting here just a little respect by enlightening us.

I'm sorry I just don't like the kid. During games he has fire but he acts like he is a great all world player, he is far from it. I want to see him be successful but I don't belive he ever will.

Or they could show the players and coaches respect and not post.

Les Miles and Brandon Harris can post here just as easily. If they don't think TD needs to know then no one else needs to stir the shite.

Rabalais, the sports writer, stated Jennings quietly unassumingly delivered "a stealth bombshell."

Based on what I can see, there is nothing sinister, egotistical or surprising about this statement by AJ.
What I gather from all this is that Harris, while clearly the better talent, is simply unwilling to put in the time or effort to contend for the starting position. There's a lot of circumstantial evidence to support this, including statements from teammates and Harris himself.
We may only have one guy preparing to play, no matter how that guy performs.

Did you hear that? That was the sound of all hope for decent QB play in the near future being crushed.

I'm trying to figure out if Harris is just that bad at learning LSU's offense in practices or is LSU that bad at developing QB's.

Les Miles is that bad at developing QBs

the thing is i'm NOT convinced Harris is the better talent. sure, he throws some damn pretty passes and they SEEM more accurate and more timely than AJ's. but a QB has to have much more talent than passing. leadership, toughness, etc

No, he would do it on twitter just as he did before. But I think coaches showed him they didn't appreciate his last one on the QB situation to fans.

Wow , Sounds just like Jordan Jefferson.

He's got that job !! No pressure to improve.

Nice feeling of entitlement you created there LES.

CLM should bench him for his immature public comments. I thought that CLM stated that they were splitting reps in practice

Why does everyone assume Harris isn't trying or has a bad attitude. I know a few people that have very strong ties with the football program. I have heard nothing negative about him at all. He apparently works his arse off and is a good ambassador for LSU. He wants to help his team in every way he can. Les has had tendencies to play favorites and play certain players more for unexplainable reasons before.

I don't know maybe we should wait another 10 years to come to this conclusion
