So what is the highest pick we can end up with?

Things that would help...
Giants over Eagles
Rams over Seahawks
Falcons over Panthers?
Bears over Vikings?
Oh yeah, and Bucs over Saints, lol

8th is the best.
If memory serves me correctly, the first tie-breaker is SOS, the Saints have that over NYG, StL, & Chi; but Minn has that over the Saints (as of week 16). So, with a Saints loss, they should pick higher than everyone but Minn. So either a 6 win Minn or a 5 win Chi team will have the 7th spot.
Just noticed Minn & Chi plays each other.

If I figure correctly, Bear, Falcons, Giants and Vikings win and we lose, we draft #7. That's as high as we can draft.
Browns and Rams lose and and we win we draft #13. That's as high as we can go.
This is based on strength of schedule as of this week. There could be a little change with today's game, but it shouldn't be that much of a change.

That's about right, but it would actually be 8th. TB, Tenn, Oak, Jax, NYJ, Wash & Chi would all be before us.

Correct. Basically, if the Saints lose, they very well may lock up the 8th spot.
If they win, then they need StL, NYG & Clev to all win and they get the 9th spot (loser of Car & Atl would draft in front of Saints).

Bears and Viking play each other, so loser of that game is still in front of us, so #8 is as high as we can draft.
