Michigan should make a move if Harbaugh falls through.

bad move by Utah IMO. He finally got them competitive in the conference this year and they were only going to get better with him.

This would be very stupid for them to get rid of him

More likely he sits out for a year and lands a job even better than Utah next year.

Something weird is going on there when the OC and DC both bail. The writing was in the wall when that happened.

Came here to post this. I wonder if it would be possible for them to hire him?

Has that happened in the last few years -- a coach getting hired somewjere and then backing out for a different job a few weeks later? I know Belichick did it somewhat in the NFL with the Jets and Pats, but I haven't seen it done in college.

Man, going after McElwain so early might end up looking really, really dumb. Guy was clearly a 2nd or 3rd tier option and if a Whittingham comes on market immediately after Harbaugh is shown to have been an option is going to make Foley look like a cheap skate.

He is mormon. Michigan people think he may not stay long. Just like Gary Anderson in Wisconsin.
