That old arse white hat ref seems lazy as frick. He probably didn't feel like waiting for a review so he said let's make the call stand.

another thing, that was a quick call stands play. Replay official must have decided before reviewing it.

This is yet another play that calls for no indisputable. My guess is the ref thought because the camera wasn't down the line it was not indisputable.
