Inject and rub, put on 250F for 5 hours.

I did a cranberry/citrus brine once and it came out awesome. Meat was bright pink but delicious.

The link to the Virtual Weber site, above, has a ton of info. They also have a Turkey Talk forum open Oct to Dec. I get most of my BBQ info from their boards.
