trolling motor handle extension.....

...that isn't a bigfoot. it pivots the motor 360 deg with only a push/pull movment. what is the name of it?

buddy of mine has one on a Ranger Intercoastal that if you move the handle 6" or so it turns 90*...it extends in and out but that does not turn the head...
