I think he should have gone to Ohio. Interesting to me that he wants to take a walk on at LSU with a few offers to play qb elsewhere. He must really believe in LSU.

There's the "Insurance Policy" just in case. Just in case AJJ doesn't improve and BH isn't Jamesis Jr.
LM/CC wouldn't have offered him "Preferred Walk-On" status if they didn't feel the need for another QB. Somebody has to have the ability to throw the football in addition to quickly learning the playbook, "Just in Case."
Does he bring anything more to the table than Kragthorpe, Clise or Bergeron?
Nobody knows at this point. Time will tell, but it's a good move to get him in here for the Spring............
