Amazon Customer Service Is The Best

My son received a crazy cart for Christmas this morning (much to his delight). We followed the instructions and plugged it in and let it charge overnight. This morning he got up and went to ride it but, no dice. So I contacted Amazon and they are two-day shipping us a brand new replacement crazy cart. Since the crazy cart has a rechargeable battery in it, it cannot be shipped back so we are keeping the broken one for parts later down the road or we may just purchase a whole new battery (about $35 for the whole electric piece) and install it and see if that fixes the issue. Absolute top notch customer service from them.

Awful company to work for. Every time we have a position open, half of the applicants are from Amazon.

No. They are always reinvesting and expanding. Some of their investors are starting to get tired of it though and sooner or later they are going to have to show some value to their investors.

They could if they wanted to, but they pour all their money back into the company which allows them to constantly evolve and provide top notch service. Bezos doesn't care about pleasing wall street, he's trying to build the biggest and best company in the world.
