Medium but fully melted... Can't have a solid core.

Burn them. Peel off burnt layer and eat it. Reburn them. Repeat.

Dark, but not charred. You have to resist the flame. Be patient... low and slow.

I've done this but I've heard warnings that you could pick a poisonous plant. I guess that's possible.
