He may not be back on the team, but if LSU had truly moved on then they would have simply kicked him off the team. That hasn't been the case, it appears. So, my guess is that he has a series of objectives to meet, and if he does, he will be back on the team in the Spring......I hope he gets it together...not only for himself, but for LSU...with Mills back and Adams becoming a superstar, to go along with white....wow what a secondary they would have with a committed robinson.

I don't foresee him playing another down in Tiger Stadium unless he is in a Auburn or Ole Miss uniform.

LMAO....the more you post I swear....to call yourself a doctor is comical....he may never play for LSU again, but he damn sure isn't going to go somewhere else and sit out a year...he will simply go pro after sitting out another year. It is by far in his best interest to complete his requirements at LSU...have a good season, then go pro.

i think robinson is a tremendous talent. he got beat a couple times this yr in limited action. partly because of limited snaps, and the other, because of well placed balls or great wr plays. i thought he was better than white coming into this yr. would hate for him to be finished.

It was an opinion, and explicitly stated as such. I think you confuse yourself when you can't tell the difference between opinion and supposed information.

I'm not confused at all. I am well aware that this place is filled with a bunch of people with misinformed opinions and inaccurate information looking for a soapbox to be heard from.

This does not surprise me based on what info had been previously disclosed about Robinson.

Yes, he is indeed a great talent and would be missed, but LSU is DBU, so others are surely able to take his place if he doesn't return in 2015.

RR is a good player period. Don't give me this bs that he isn't as good as ppl believe. That's garbage

Well, because he's not. I like RR. He may be better in the NFL than he is in college. But he isnt a must keep. This guy has been walking a thin line since day 1.

He can stay if he follows thru with his commitments or he can go if he doesnt. He's very replaceable, we arent talking about White here.
LSU wont lose a game next yr because of his absence.

The entire basis of the question was that there was very little information out there.

You are very confused. Read slower. It might help.

I hope this guy comes back. You always miss a good player. If he does come back, he will have earned it because whatever we say about Miles, he will take a player back if they complete the objectives set down for them.

I didn't say he was a must keep. I didn't say anything except he is a good player. His off the field issues will determine if he is a tiger in the future or not. But, don't say he is not as good as people believe. Football wise, he is a very solid corner.

Yes but midterm grades don't mean shite.

Not true especially when player already has a prior history of not putting much effort into academics.

Robinson is dripping with NFL talent but he got to pull it together.

I love this kids game. Why don't have an academic North Carolina system in place?

If he comes back with kwon this could be one of the best defense ever. If those 2 don't come back we will still be good but the level drops

He must have done something really bad. Next step is likely dismissal.

Taking away the football aspect completely, I hope Robinson corrects his mistakes and is successful in life. It's hard to realize the opportunities you have sometimes especially as an 18-21 year old. I hope it clicks for him and he succeeds in the end
