They were at the varsity last night for a company Christmas party and the following happened:

One of their friends got drunk and passed out on the stoop outside so the workers at varsity called the ambulance and of course cops came too. My friends walked outside to smoke a cigarette and the cops said leave the premises. My friends said alright and walked in to close their tabs only the cops said frick y'all leave now, they said they would one they closed their tabs and called a can they said no, get the frick out now. Remember these are cops cursing at citizens that didn't do anything wrong. The cops started cuffing people and macing my friends and throwing people around. Also telling racial obscenities, my friends are white so Idk where all that came from.

I wasn't there so I didn't see any of it but that's just what I've been told. Could they have a case against BRPD?

They have videos from their phone and Chimes has given them their videos of their cameras as well.

If you're black, yes. If you're black you always have a case.

Otherwise, no.

I blame the friend for public urination.

so all this started with your friend walking out on the entrance to the varsity and pissing all over it?

I doubt the pissing thing was the only thing to happen if the varsity people are calling the cops on them. If a random drunk guy walked outside and pissed, the workers would handle him by themselves. Bouncers at a place like that arent calling the cops for every little thing a drunk idiot does.

Sounds to me like you have 1 side of the story.

No. Tell your pussy friends to get over it and move on with their lives without looking for a handout.

But I doubt your friend's story is the whole truth.

Sounds like your friends are full of shite.

I seriously doubt the cop just randomly saw your friend come out and smoke and told him to leave without anything happening

And I definitely believe that your friend said "yeah for sure I'd love to leave let me go pay these nice people inside first"

No.

Reasons:

A.) You've only heard one side of the story. And the "victim's" side is often exaggerated.

B.) Cops pretty much have impunity with these sorts of things.
