Bucs control their own 1st pick destiny. Brees and Payton (the two biggest stat whores in recent NFL history... remember the ridiculous quest to keep the dumb TD streak alive in 2011 at St. Louis at the end of that game?) will do everything they can to rack up the meaningless yards to get to 5,000.

Lay the points, enjoy your holiday bonus and a meaningless win.

Saints 34
Bucs 20

This is so tired. Can't you find something else to do with your time? You suck so much.

If the saints win, and the panthers/falcons tie, the saints are going to the playoffs. This is still important.

That will send carolina. We are eliminated

Really? Peej was on here all day yesterday saying that the saints would go the playoffs in that scenario.

Saints are mathematically eliminated from the playoffs.

We need this loss for the draft...so unfortunately it will be a guaranteed win and we'll easily cover.

Saints will lose again to finally finish the season. Don't really care what the result is, it just won't be a win.

When some random poster comes on here and throws out words like "lock" about a bet, i generally throw my whole account at it

Couldn't disagree with you more. This is a "dreams killer" game. You should always fade/avoid teams coming off a game where they get statistically eliminated from the playoffs.

This is also a revenge game for Tampa who played the Saints great the first time they played. Add to that you want to lay points on the road. You're setting yourself up for failure IMO, but good luck!

Saints win "doesn't matter" games.

Sometimes.

Sometimes not.

Sometimes they cover too in winning or in losing.

Rotsa ruck. I don't gamble on the Saints.
