Small 2BR modern apt, $80.

I'd imagine some of the older houses/duplexes in Orleans run higher than average.

I'd imagine in the summer your utility bill runs an average price monthly.

Same in the winter.

about $80

would this not be average?

Mine varies greatly. At the peak $270, at the low end $40.

Mine ranges from 25 (winter) to 70 (summer).

I don't have a television.

about to move into a 3 bedroom, 1500-2000 sq ft place and recently just found it utilities might run into the $200's on average in summer.

This sounded ridiculous to me but place must have terrible insulation.

Compare an old shotgun apartment to a newly built house

He probably isn't running an Annihilator XXXL Electric Dildo all night.

Depends. In my old 2 br shotgun with no insulation my entergy bill was around $200 in summer.

Now in a renovated 3 br house with insulation usually 175 or so in summer.

Funny. He keeps his AC on 80. I keep mine on 70. I hate when he wants to hang out at his place

And he's gay so we're probably even on sex toys

I live in an older place that is ~1000 square feet with 12 foot ceilings.

Utilities in the summer are in the $200's or upper $100's.

Ok guys, my post was completely illogical. I will delete it

Even though we've seen $25 to >$200 ITT

If he's looking to find out how much his bill is going to run, I don't see how this will help him.
