Anyone know a good place to access lists of foreclosures in New Orleans? Every time I think I find a spot it turns out to be some site trying to get me to sign up for a free trial.

The Jefferson parish sheriff and Orleans parish sheriff both post real estate sales lists online.
Tread lightly though. All cash, no diligence and you may find yourself having to litigate to get possession. I've found condos are good bc you get a pretty good idea of size, floor plan, condition plus no structural worries.
