Does anyone have any information on these builders? I believe they build both spec homes and custom construction. Has anyone used them in the past? Anyone bought a home built by Level?

Any information would be greatly appreciated!

They built a series of duplexes for me last year at an incredible rate, however, these were lower income units.

The front door, also in Baton Rouge, seems to be their go to architect. I have zero complaints about Dwayne and his crew there also.

You'd be in good hands

Gugich, I thought you and I were mutual friends with Melissa LaCroix. She does sales for level and they build some quality homes. The subdivision they developed right off Highland is super nice. I would buy a level home fwiw

The famous TD poster called Chuckwagon Stew lives in a home build by these guys. Chuckwagon, how do you like it? Any complaints?

Have a fried who bought from them in Shadowbrook lakes. They are middle of the road tract builders. Have set floor plans you can pick from and modify.

Her and I have a lot of mutual friends but I don't know her personally. I can get my realtor to reach out to her.

I think they are owned by Coastal Bridge. If the homes are the same quality of their road work, I'd be concerned.

My wife is a real estate agent that works for Level Homes. There are available communities in BR,Ascension, Central and Zachary. There are spec homes or plans that can be built. Melissa is the design consultant with Level. Not to mention my daughter purchased a Level Home back in July. Her name is Julie McGinnis and can be contacted at the Keller Williams/Red Stick website.

So what you are saying is their overall quality leaves something to be desired?

Level homes are just a step above DR Horton, IMO.

Get you a nice set of house plans from Acadiana Homes and hook up with a legit builder, not mass production guys like Level and DR.
