They are 21 people left in my survivor pool 26k in the pot

My best options this week are Houston, Miami, San Fran and Minnesota based on current point spreads

After this week we go into playoffs and all teams are available every week.

Someone offered to buy my entry for $500 and 25% I thought about countering somewhere in the neighborhood of $850 and 33% because the playoffs are going to be a crapshoot and I'm sure nearly everyone will be on the biggest favorite in the first two weeks of playoffs or should I ride it out with Houston most likely and see if I can get more money or a chop next week with hopefully less people?

Take the money and start betting against whoever he picks. You'll be guaranteed a few thousand.

It depends on what that money means to you. If $500 is no big deal I'd let it ride a week and see what the field looks like in the playoffs.

If $500 is a big deal , negotiate up to $500 and 33% take.
