This stuff is hilarious. It's what makes some of you seem cultish. Do you know Miles personally? Do you know the players personally ? There have been plenty of players come through that I'm sure are great people and plenty that I'm sure are jerks. Can we not just talk about football instead of worshipping a guy we don't know
.

geez - your that sure no one walks with Les or goes to games to watch the girls play ball - your that sure ? dude - where does this worship thing come form ?

I may be wrong about the Auburn consitancy but you have to admit, since Malzahn joined them the've been pretty tough.

A Lamborghini is a fine looking car; capable of doing amazing things. But the current owner chooses to drive 45 on the interstate. It's good enough for 80% of our opponents but considering the talent that's been through here, it is horrible to watch and it's not quite enough to consistently beat the other 20%.

The pumpers would have you believe that if you don't like it, you must be a spread fanboy. No! It is possible to pro-style yourself to a 14 or 21 point lead or at least mix up the play calling enough to keep a defense from crowding the box so you can have a more effective running game.

Lastly, how is it that our opponents crowd the box, yet on the 6-12 passes we throw a game, our receivers have 3 guys hanging all over them? Hmm! Must be the set or the fact that we are consistently in 3rd and long due to trying to run into a brick wall and 1 and 2 then pass on 3rd that gives it away.

Contrary to pumpers belief, all of this can be overcome while still running a pro-style offense.

Nah. I love to shite on the program and team.

I hope we lose forever so I can come here daily and revel in the misery.

Please reassure me that you will continue to be miserable.

Here's some facts for you, what type of quarterbacks had those 3 out of 5 best passing years?

Why type of quarterbacks does miles keep recruiting?

What type of passing stats did we have against bama, auburn, Florida and the like during these 3 out of 5 best years?

When we don't have the type of QB's that had those stats we rank in the bottom 20% in passing, yet he keeps recruiting allegedly duel threat QB's to run a pro style offense and rarely can they run or throw or make decisions very well.

Pump on!!!

No, I'm sure that "walking with Les" or seeing him be personable at a public event doesn't mean you know the guy. The way you and others speak about him is creepy. Stick to football and realize that Les is a good politician.

Yeah I mean if you take out Auburns worst season in the last season they are pretty consistent. Well you'd have to take out their best season as well. Come to think of it they are pretty much like Mississippi state

Here's another pumper myth. So if you stay on your kid to do better in school because you know they are capable of it, you're "shitting" on you're kid?

Auburn went 3-9 in 2012

0-8 in the SEC.

Damn near lost to ULM. Over time victory at home 31-28. 0-49 to Bama.

LSU fans would have thrown themselves into Mike's cage if that happened.

2009 8-5, 3-5 SEC - Malzahn OC
2010 14-0 - Malzahn OC
2011 8-5, 4-4 SEC - Malzahn OC
2012 3-9, 0-8 - No Malzahn
2013 12-2, 7-1 SEC - Malzahn HC
2014 8-4, 4-4 SEC - Malzahn HC

Up and down performance.

We are not as good as Bama right now - is that the problem?

Pretty much. If Bama wasn't the machine it is the perception of LSU by many of our fans, as well as nationally, would be very different.

Although, the perception nationally is probably better than perception of some LSU fans.

Les is not a politician - why can't I talk about Les being a good guy - Nick is ok but from what I have heard from folk that worked around him his jerk factor is rather high. There are people in Baton Rouge that know the Miles family!
