I'm looking for one that can do both. I haven't been able to find one yet. Anyone know of anything that is good quality out there?

TIA

For TV, you want low latency so there won't be any lip sync issues, and for iPod, I guess you want Bluetooth. So I would recommend this setup from Telme2, which works for both:

My iPod Touch 5g unfortunately does not have the low latency aptX Bluetooth codec, so while it's fine for music, it's not very good for watching video, but the TosBlue X transmitter really works for the TV. There's no perceptible delay when using these headphones with the TV.

This is probably a dumb question, but do they make wireless earbud's for the TV? It's not very comfortably to wear these over the ear headphones while laying in bed.

These are decent:

Like the Telme2, there's no lag, but there is some low-level background RF noise that the Telme2 does not exhibit.

There is also IR-based line-of-sight "TV Ears" type stuff, but I never tried them after reading so many complaints about their reliability.

(I don't actually use any of this myself, but I have set some old folks up with the Telme2 and Sennheisers. I thought they were decent, and I've had no complaints.)
