My kids were watching some kids show called "Destroy Build Destroy" the other day. It's like a kids Mythbusters or something.
I'm working and hear it in the background and hear, "Welcome Andrew WK to the show!" and I'm all like, "WTF?"
I guess he was a judge or something, but the thought of him on a kid's show was kind of terrifying.

Yeah Andrew W. K. surprisingly was really good live. I saw him right before Outkast. The show was even better getting hammered on margaritas and tacos haha.

I did not. but i've seen him before with the full band. much better than just him on piano IMO.

I find jack johnson to be on the same caliber as john mayer without the actual musicianship mayer possesses. just a lot of bland boring stuff. I will say that johnson is a better songwriter but I don't know what that really says about either.
the hangout set i heard was bad mainly because the sound was completely botched by the crew that was working the show.

Jack Johnson falls under the category of MILF Rock, much like the similar Dad Rock, it's for the over 40 crowd that can't let go of their glory days and think they still kick arse. When in reality, they drive Kia's and have loose bowel movements
