Has an Experienced Official Commented about the Graham Call?

Normally during decisive calls Fox will let Pereira state his opinion. Since I was at the game, I missed this, but am curious to know what he thought. In my opinion it's catch with forward progress on the one inch line. However, the ref may have made the right call considering the ruling on the field was a fumble recovered by Atlanta. Anyway, does anyone know what he said or if any other experienced guy said something?

If I remember correctly he said he would've let the call on the field stand.

the ref was really just trying to help us get a higher draft pick! I hope the refs next week are just as nice.

VP of Officiating said on NFL Network that there wasn't enough evidence to overturn.

During the game , while Goody was reaffirming the code red, Mike Pereiria said
"He appears to cross the plane here" and he stopped the video. But he also said it was close. He also wandered why forward progress whistle was not blown since clearly forward progress had stopped.

Yeah he mentioned from what he sees it crossed the line.
This one still hurts.

Yeah he said Graham is a giant pussy who can't protect the ball and got bitched by a notalent midget on the goal line with the season literally in his hands.

Did Graham ever get two feet on the ground before he lost the ball? If so, it was close.

here is a good link. with a still image and a gif of the play.

Head of officials agree with the stands call. Personally I think it is BS.
but apparently what the problem is is you can't see where the ball is. But if they used some basic logic they could easily tell the ball crossed the plane TD.
the forearm of the Atlanta player covers the ball.
but look at a few things Jimmy had two arms on the ball that would put the ball directly over the goal line. The Atlanta player #36 (maybe) appears to have his hand on the ball or at-least close to it.
another thing, where could the ball be and it not be a TD? I don't think Jimmy could have held onto the ball anywhere and it not cross the plane.
By the rule indisputable evidence yeah ok it should have stood because you can't see the ball, and there can be a small bit of doubt that it could have gone the other way. But my question is can't we use basic logic in the NFL with these replays? Jimmy so clearly crosses the plane, the camera is directly over the goal line. The tip of the ball has to cross the goal line that is it. But because the ball is covered you can't overturn the call. I say that is BS.

That's the problem, you assume the ball has to cross the goal line whereas the replay official in any situation has to actually SEE the ball touch or cross the goal. Clearly from this picture you can only assume that it crosses.
Frankly, I'm not sure it did. Graham had the ball tucked under his right biceps, which would suggest the tip of the ball might be just short of the line. No replay shown ever actually showed the ball in view across the goal. Since Graham was airborne and never got is feet planted for leverage the falcons were able to stand him up and push him back.
Sucks, but no NFL official is gonna overturn the call on the field based on the replays shown. Touchdown would have stood, as did the call that was made.

I disagree but what ever the game is over. I was mainly posting that to argue that the way they approach replays is a little flawed. To me it looked obvious that the ball crossed the plane may it didn't but to me it looks pretty obvious. But because a forearm is in the wrong place the refs have their hands tied they can't overturn it, because it isn't indisputable. I think it can be very easily argued that indisputable is little to a high of a mark to hit.
Maybe I'm wrong but this play opens up that discussion.

This might just be me but maybe just don't fumble next time?
Had they ruled it a TD on the field, it wouldn't have gotten overturned. However, they ruled it a fumble, so they didn't overturn for that call as well. shite happens sometimes. But like I mentioned above, don't fumble next time and it's a non issue.
