Go 30 min south to Woodville.

You will know it when you see it.

Why on EARTH would you go to Natchez for NYE? All the bars in Port Allen all filled up?

Head across the river to McDonough's and Hammer's. Vidalia residents can't wait to celebrate the arrival of 2011.

That's a deal, imo. The mansions are really nice. And, you get to stay away from the riff raff in Natchez.

Natchez is kind of a rough town. I see people trying to revitalize the area, but it's still pretty rough.
