Arthur McGinnis...Does He Get That Offer?

Seems very quiet on our front regarding him. IMO he isn't going to A&M. Does he go to OU? Is he one of those guys that steps into the LSU class in the last couple weeks?

LB is THE need for 2015 and 2016.

Specifically, THE need is LBs that can move laterally. I wouldn't expect an offer here.

I get why we are waiting and all that... Due to him switching positions and what not. But the kid has a lot of ability and should be a take. Get him to LSU, figure out the position later.
