I would have to say outside of the initial friends and family no one does care.
That upsets people and it should. Loss of life, neglect for lives, lack of self respect, self esteem, respect for others, decency are all problems that exist within the low socio-economic classes and in the inner city (since we are discussing black folks). But upper class conservatives don't really care as long as it is not effecting upstanding citizens and liberals only care long enough to spout off their gun control narrative and destructive "you need help and money because yall can't be expected to get It on your own" mentality.
Seen it said by a few people commenting on the race issues lately. This nation doesn't have a race issue, but a morality issue instead. Liberal endorse and condone it, and race hustlers and pimps look the other way. Until people start of all colors and classes start acting right, things will not get better. liberals should stop pandering to the black community and destroying it with their rhetoric.
Skin color doesn't matter in a family that is fatherless, parents in jail, mom or dad strung out on crack and meth, brothers and sisters in trouble, bad peers, etc.

Not a single person in this thread can remember the last time a black person killed by another black person made national news. Yet, we all know several incidents where a white person killed a black person.
