Even after the governor won reelection by a healthy margin, when republican turnout in the state was lowest in history, Bill Maher/Maddow/Jon Leibowitz won't shite their mouths.

Hilarious.

They don't talk this much about the failed policies in places like Detroit and why so many people are leaving places like California for Texas.

I'll shite their mouths, if it needs doing.

For real though, what's the latest- was there some new bad news for the state or something?

What are liberals saying about Kansas?

Seems like an unremarkable state, to me.

I think the obsession with Kansas comes from the fundamental problems of Dems thinking their policies are perfect and that there is something wrong with people who "vote against their interests" by turning down big government.

Dem policies play big with a few constituencies but do not benefit everyone at large. If they did, big Dem run cities wouldn't be the shite shows they are like Detroit.

Brownback touted Kansas as a laboratory for conservative policies, and organizations like ALEC are using it as a template for other states to follow. The fact that things have not gone well is naturally going to be pointed out by the other side.

They're pointing out the budget problems caused by repudiated Laffer curve non sense that pseudo conservative Brownback is engaging in to boost his presidential resume.

Republicans are our own worst enemies. We just feed into the narrative for those socialist d-bags.

The biggest part of the state budget deficit is court mandated spending on education. Somehow the state Supreme Court said that it was unconstitutional to spend $150M less on education than the state Supreme Court said.

So basically Kansas is to Democrat rhetoric as California is to Republican rhetoric.

I mean, it's fricking Kansas. Who cares? I'd rather rip on Alabama. What a shithole.

Its one thing to have a Republican as gov, but its another thing entirely to have an effective one.

You bitching about Bill Maher/Maddow/Jon Leibowitz is as useless as liberals bitching about Limbaugh/Hannity.

Why do you watch them? Nothing better to do?

Jon Stewart/liebowitz draws a remarkable 90% of people aged 18-24 to his show daily. He is directly responsible for young people being so supportive of Obama/democrats

90% of young people aged 18-24 watch Jon Stewart, and he is by far the most effective democratic shill in the nation.

He even admitted that the main point of his show was to help young people become democratic in their voting habits
