Pussy ... there's no crying in football.

I cry all the time. but not like this ...it actually sounds like this but its cool because after I bang back a few more im all like then Im all like but when I predict a loss and we win Im all like but when we lose Im like and when we get blow out Im all like

I guess what Im saying is Im a typical Saints fan. So yes, there is crying if youre a Saints fan. 30 years of losing earns you the right to some tears.

Our offensive line needs to look like this next season:

Armstead / 1st round pick / Lelito / 3rd round pick / Free Agent

What QB doesn't like big receivers?

Colston has the 16th worst hands(highest drop percentage) in the league since 2006. Wanna cry(like I did when we cut him)? Guess who has the 4th fewest drops in the league(most reliable receiver) in that same time span? C'mon, guess.......................................................................Lance"Dancing Elf" Moore

Despite that Lance was never better than Colston and still isn't.

Agreed. And maybe Colston was better. But if he drops as many as he does then does it matter if he gets open more(which he doesnt) or has a bigger catch radius? Maybe like Graham, hes big for nothing. Brees loves throwing the jump ball but I would take small fast receivers with crisp route running and reliable hands any day over tall, slow, akward football rebounders.

Might also be part of the reason we dont seem to get a lot of YAC yards from our big WR/TEs and the little ones slide or run out of bounds to save their bodies.

I know they want to protect the players and they dont want the injuries but many people say when you play scared is when you do get hurt. Also promotes the image and culture of being "soft" which is what many people accuse the Saints of being.

Then ship his soft ginger arse out on a rail for draft picks or proven o lineman or a combo of a lineman and a receiver. Find a way to get rid of our guards. Get something in return IF DOABLE.

PT is still the best running back on the team. Ever seen him NOT fall forward? Ever seen the first person tackle him? Me either.

PT is getting too up there to be the bell cow of the team, but he is definitely the best 3rd down back of the bunch.

The leading receiver in Saints history... was never good?

Nit sure if your laugHong at the statement or the thkught. But Brady took a cut and they are 12-3 because they have other pieces besides an overrated pussy TE and a aging QB. It needs to happen or 8-8 will be our goal till brees retires.

That was a response to another post so it really didnt come out right.

I dont think hes not good I just dont think hes as good as some people make him out to be. He wasnt a 7th round pick because of his awesome skill set. He worked hard, played in a passing offense and had an equal opportunity QB and coach, so he took advantage of his situation. But there was always someone on the team that was faster, had better hands, stronger, etc. Reminds of the HOF inductance speech by Curtis Martin, Colston just, "out worked all of them".

A good example...anyone remember Saints WR Willie Jackson? Incredible receiver. Nobody cared. No name recognition, no big stats, maybe had character issues, who knows, but he might have had the best hands of any receiver we ever had.

He IS big for nothing(other than his catch radius, if he catches it).

You think Gronkowski gets tackled as consistently by the first 180lb CB that touches him? Graham does. Dude plays small. At his size he should be a whole lot harder to tackle. But theres that "soft" culture that we have.

Had he played for Harbaugh or in Seattle he would be bowling over players in the secondary regularly because their attitude is "YOU ARE NOT GOING TO TACKLE ME!" Our attitude is, "oh look! I caught the ball! quick! go down, get out of bounds!"

Adjectives used to describe the Saints are, "dynamic, fast and wow". Adjectives used to describe historically good dynasties that consistently win are "smashmouth, tough, hardnosed, ground and pound, etc."
