Good question. I knew a guy who could pick out an album just looking at the stack from across the room.

Ah, I see. You are all phishheads.
Try this one on. I never did listen to phish, never will.

Best month of Phish? August '93, December '95 or December '97?

I was more into punk. All the people I knew who were into phish were brahs. Never even gave them a chance when that train came through. And considering the level of commitment that band seems to illicit, its now just a matter of maintaining sanity.

Wouldn't know. I only listen to bands that I know I'll like by stereotyping my friends' music choices. You can only imagine how great my album collection is.

No better than stereotyping a person because they don't want to start listening to a band just because the Jones's do.

I used to listen to music that I liked. I used to take suggestions. I used to give something a chance to see whether it was for me or not. Now I let others determine what is good music for me. It's why I have a great album collection.
