I don't have any dry goods stores and don't have that much ammo stocked up but I'll be damned if it doesn't look like our way of life is getting flanked by an untelevised revolution.

The Mayor hung the cops out to dry. He enthusiastically joined in their vilification and did the whole racial pandering demagogue thing at exactly the wrong moment. They warned him and he persisted. And now that this has happened, the cops will make his life impossible. It's unprecedented, what we are likely to see. I seriously could see the cops threatening a walk-out. A Libertarian dream ! Let the good people of Bed-Stuy enforce the social contract as they see fit.

I don't take this stuff personally Scoop. I find it more entertaining than anything. Not the subject matter at hand. But the back and forth reaction with regards to any topic posted here. I certainly don't take it personally and actually find any insult given back to me humorous instead of infuriating. My day to day sense of humor tends to be a little sarcastic and cynical. I realize that comes through in my posts from time to time.
