re: Recommend to me something from RedBox or On Demand to watch with 2 young adults

Ended up getting X-men DOFP.

It was pretty good but a little bit needlessly convoluted, even for a time travel flick (which can be problematical even under the best efforts with all the different theories like the creation of alternate realities, etc.)

I think they took it maybe a step too far when Xavier went into Logan's consciousness and in effect travelled to the future while Logan was travelling to the past).

And the whole parallel battles in the past and future at the end was kind of cliched.

But on the whole we enjoyed it.
