Fox Sports SW is carrying the game between Cedar Hill and Katy for the Texas Class 6A, Div II State Championship on Saturday afternoon at 4 PM.

Is it McMillan or Lodge that makes this QB/WR tandem so effective? You make the call!

I have my DVR already set for that one. At first, I thought Lodge made McMillan but the Southlake Carroll game sort of evened it up for me after Lodge dropped 2 long, well-thrown passes. Unfortunately, in the last game, Cedar Hill just ran the ball so well that the passing game was secondary.

Already seem them play...Lodge is the one who makes them go.

I've seen them play 3 times and I disagree with your statement. They had almost 450 yards rushing in their semifinal game...that was not Lodge. They have McMillan...they have 2 stud RBs...they have Lodge...they have that jet fast 2nd string QB with the dyed reddish hair. IMO, Lodge is not remotely the guy who makes them go. They have offensive weapons all over the place.

It was contested...not that close to being picked off! 15 yard scramble by McMillan for a first down...ran around Katy like they weren't even there. Long pass with pass interference. JM looking fine!

Haven't seen anything yet from McMillan but they aren't really letting him throw the ball. For good reason I'd say as his only 2 throws were poor

Obviously disagree with your analysis. The long pass was right on target. At least I don't have to waste my time taking your QB analysis into account.

Lmao the long pass was on target? The receiver had to stop and come back for it

Yeah, that play was designed for that....happens all the time in pro and college football...and that is why it drew a pass interference. The receiver knew where the ball was...the defender didn't

Hell of a play by JM with 0 blocking and completed a pass and saved a safety. Good job, JM!

Yeah the receiver had the defender beat. That's why the defender didn't know it was short. You're a fricking idiot. If the throw would've been on target the receiver would've caught it uncontested in the end zone.

However he has shown good athleticism so far.

Haha thank you clearly if the pass was "on target" it would've been a TD but he threw it 5 yards behind the receiver
