I physically picked a banded mallard up in disney world last year. Had him in my hands, surprisingly he must have been handled before because he didn't seem to mind.

Santa is bringing 2 of my daughters (5 and 7) badass slingshots for Christmas. I've been "testing" them a couple times. That would be a dead mallard if he came walking past me at less than 40 ft.

lol you would probably be in jail here. A few people around... believe me though, i tried to figure out how to get thay band off. Funny thing one duck only has one leg. My wife said aww i wonder what happend, i said well look at thay one with a band you see it... well that one one used to have a band

That stuff kills me on vacation too. We always do so much driving on our trips that I invariably see a thousand great spots holding ducks.
Hell in Seattle in the spring I saw several hundred widgeon including a Eurasian widgeon in a public park.

I had a buddy hunt the river behind the parkway coming in to Sevierville popped and winged a goose damn thing landed in that Kroger parking lot lots of people not happy. Douglas lake is actually not bad place to hunt hell if you want I'll take you

If you go to pigeon forge Sevierville off I40 you will cross the tail water french broad River to Douglass lake it's few min from Sevierville
