Jrue is 7th in the NBA in asst-TO ratio. playing the best ball of his career. and his defense…holy frick is it as advertised.

He's also shooting 45%

His last 5:

19.2 PPG

9.0 Ast

2.6 Reb

2.2 Stls

1.0 Blk

49.4% FG
43.8% 3 PT

3.2 TOs

I'd say that's pretty good. Take out that shite jazz game and he's playing at a near elite level.

I called my friend who's a 6er fan as soon as the trade happened and told him that Dell had just committed a trade rape.

I continue to stand by that statement.

trade rape would've been what we all originally thought: Jrue + 1st for Noel.

This is just even

Yea I think it was a win/win for 2 teams heading in completely different directions.

As for Holiday being a legit #2... can he? I'm not sure but it doesn't matter because on this team he doesn't have to be. I think Tyreke is showing he can be that guy. Jrue just needs to continue to play great defense and average his 16/8

what if those picks end up being Hall of Fame players down the road? i mean it's unlikely but possible

Just saying, we can't definitively say we won that trade for a least another season or two

Even if that were to happen (and you're talking more than a season or two down the line), it wouldn't mean the Pels lost the trade if they got what they needed and wanted at the time.
