Yes, our cops are supposed to target and kill as opposed to protect and serve. They only people they are protecting when they shoot down harmless civilians is themselves. It then becomes Human/survival instincts and they have the impunity to do so under the guise of "protect and serve."
I'm not saying MB didn't put himself in a dicy position, but I refuse to believe I have wuss officers, armed with guns and backups, that are scared of unarmed people. I'm not buying.

No, my older sister is the worst restaurant goer. Goes in and reads the menu to see if she will eat there. Always sends at least one item back. Doesn't tip.
No one in my family will dine out with her.
Last time I did, I slid the waitress a nice tip.
