Sorry, but your employer is not like the cops. You don't have any free speech in a company. You can't call your boss a cocksucker and get away with it. Being an idiot on Facebook is not one of the 5 protected classes, nor is it a disability. He can fire you for basically any reason besides those. This guy is just an idiot.

You have no right of free speech at a private employer.

You can't get unemployment if you are fired unless you can show that they did not fire you for good cause connected with the workplace.
