Looking at getting one as a present. Can anyone tell me the difference between the $130, $199,& $299 camera. Why such a price difference does one make it better then others?

It's basically frame rate and definition. I'm gonna get the 130 dollar one because I will do a here and there type of thing. I don't use it as a profession.
