It doesn't seem like he has done shite in weeks and has been playing in garbage time? Does he have any trade value? Should I just outright cut him?

He's still at #55 on the ESPN player rater. His minutes aren't down either. His shot has been off the last couple weeks bc of his elbow but he's still doing other things ie 7 assists in his last game.
