Hatred toward co worker

So I have this co worker that is a dick. He is older (55-60 years old) and only has about 5 years of work experience at our job. I am 35 and have 12 years experience. He thinks since he is older he can boss everyone around. It takes every fiber in my body to not talk crazy to this guy.
I am looking for good office ideas to piss him off, I have been given him mis information and watching him spread that around, time to kick it up a notch.
Suggestions?

I need something that will get him either transferred or fired.

Sorry you have to deal with this at work. It sounds like he maybe has not been so successful in his career and wants a leadership position. But it won't happen if he irritates folks on the job. Good luck.

Ive been here 12 years and have 7 years experience on you. Go boss someone else around.
If that doesnt work...... leave a cleveland steamer in his desk drawer.

When he is away from his computer, hide porn in some folders. Then, a few days later, when he leaves his computer again, put regular porn playing for someone passing by to catch. He denies it, they look up shite on his computer......fired

This. People that don't listen in the work force just about never advances.
Did you try to talk to him one on one? If not, you are just feeding the beast.

Seems like he is immature for thinking his age alone warrants respect. You don't want to be treated like a child, and yet your mentality is that of a spoiled brat in this case. If the issue really is this bad, talk to the man like a man and solve your problem. I'm sure your boss would appreciate this more than finding out that in some way you're potentially hurt business by feeding a coworker false information.
On second thought, being the bigger man will likely just piss him off. Write your boss an anonymous letter with specific false instances of when this crotchety bastard illustrated how much better off the company would be under his leadership. Include the fact that old man also stipulated the boss' spouse and mistress would be better off with him as well.

Not trying to be a dick here, but the problem may be you. People that are under qualified for their position are found out about in due time. If you are a valued employee, upper management already knows your capabilities and of potential. There's no need to get a guy in the twilight years of his career fired, as it most likely will be detrimental to your own career in the wash.

Ignore him? If he really is a dipshit, the boss will recognize. If he tries to boss you around laugh at him, that's what I do.

put bottles of vodka in his desk. spread rumors he is a closet drinker.let it play out

You could just ignore him when he tries to boss you around, which will internally drive him crazy. Or, you can fart every time you go in his office/cubicle and sneeze on his keyboard when he isn't around.

my real advice is to ignore him. trying to get him in trouble will only look bad on you.

-Take all of the toilet paper out of the bathroom stalls.
-wait for him to shite
-ask if he needs some
-when he reaches for it, rape him

Maybe he's better at the job than you?

Giving misinformation?
Sounds like the problem is you.
Better watch it- it'll come back to bite you.
