It only took seven or so months since it was first announced, but HBO Go is now available on Amazon's Fire TV (along with SlingPlayer). Owners of the Fire TV Stick dongle will have to wait until this spring for access, but since they're probably Amazon Prime subscribers too, at least they have plenty of older HBO shows to stream in the meantime. The other bad news? HBO tells us that Comcast and Charter are currently not on the list of supported streaming providers.

Does anyone have a Fire TV Stick and has XBMC running in it? Wondering how difficult it was to set up and how smooth it is.

Some people mention it in the Fire TV stick thread on the Tech Board.

Get you a cheap PC and hook it up to your television. XBMC + PrimeWire / 1Channel plugin = Awesomeness.

I have a Gbox MX2 but the Wi-Fi crapped out. I was thinking of getting the Fire Stick for the bedroom.
